• Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate, digital delivery nature of these video lessons, all sales are 100% final and non-refundable. Once access is granted or content is streamed, no refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

• Single-User License: All video content, educational resources, and nail techniques are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Sharing your login access, downloading/copying the video streams, or reselling this content is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination without a refund.

• Texas Sales Tax: Sales tax will be automatically applied at checkout for buyers residing inside the state of Texas in compliance with state law.
